communities and all of your success.

- These awards measure your year as a member, as
a club,
and as a district.
When are the deadlines?
Check the Awards Information on the FL CKI District
Website & Circle K International for all the
specific deadlines. Most of the Florida District
Awards entries must be received by the Awards
Chairperson before the commencement of the Opening
Session of the Annual Florida District Convention
(March 2004). Some of the International Awards
are due in January, others in March, and others
on July of 2004.
What should we be doing now?
Start working on the award applications now to
ensure quality entries and avoid the stress of
last minute rush to get them done. Keep good records
and document everything as much as possible.
What
can disqualify a Florida District Award application?
Not completing awards to the specifications of
the Florida District Awards Policies, including
not having the proper signatures on the application
or not submitting entries on time. Be sure to
read the policies and make sure you follow all
of the rules carefully before you submit your
application.
Where can I find all the Rules and Policies
for the Florida Awards?
Policies for the Florida District CKI Awards are
on the Awards Policies Page on the Florida District
website. The policies for the International Awards
are on the entry forms. Those can be found on
the Circle International Website (www.circlek.org)
Awards Tips
Although the awards are not usually due until later in the year, they will measure your year and should be completed. For ease in filling out the awards, print a copy of each application form and distribute as soon as possible to the officer or member who would best fill out the application.
Always keep good records of everything (i.e., copies of monthly reports, service projects and hours, etc).
